At AstroHealer, we value your time and trust. Please review our Refund & Cancellation Policy before booking a consultation.

1. Consultation Booking

Once a consultation is booked and confirmed, the time slot is reserved specifically for you.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • If you wish to cancel, please inform us as early as possible via email or WhatsApp.

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted before the scheduled appointment time.

3. Rescheduling Policy

Rescheduling is allowed based on availability.

✅ You may request rescheduling if:

  • You are unable to attend the scheduled time

  • You inform us in advance

AstroHealer reserves the right to offer the next available slot.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds depend on the service type and the stage of completion:

✅ Eligible for Refund (If Applicable)

  • Payment done but consultation not delivered due to technical issues from our side

  • Duplicate payment made by mistake

❌ Not Eligible for Refund

  • Consultation already completed

  • Report/service already delivered

  • No-show or last-minute cancellation

  • Dissatisfaction based on personal expectations (since astrology is interpretive guidance)

5. Payment Gateway Charges

In some cases, payment gateway charges (if any) may be non-refundable as per Razorpay or bank policies.
