1. Consultation Booking
Once a consultation is booked and confirmed, the time slot is reserved specifically for you.
2. Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel, please inform us as early as possible via email or WhatsApp.

Cancellation requests must be submitted before the scheduled appointment time.
3. Rescheduling Policy
Rescheduling is allowed based on availability.

5. Payment Gateway Charges
In some cases, payment gateway charges (if any) may be non-refundable as per Razorpay or bank policies.
